I am still new at the storm and I think I want to go from 4.7 to 5.0. What is the easiest way to do. What are some steps I can take so I do not lose things such as BBM contacts, messages, contacts, etc.? Thank you for all the help!

Do a backup then Install the new OS.

If you you Desktop Manager it does a backup for you, besides third party apps.
