Installed application gone after reboot

I have installed Mobile GMaps OTA from
wap"DOT"mgmaps"DOT"com (replace "DOT" with actual dot)

(Blackberry version v1.39.21, for Blackberry handsets with OS version 4.2 and above. [jad])

it was using the .jad file and installed successfully. i used it for a while.
but when i reboot my phone, the application is not there anymore and i have to install again.

I used DM and .alx file, again installed but it is gone upon reboot.

this does not happen when i install an app from AppWorld.

Please help me fix this problem.

I resolved it.

Google maps removes it after reboot.
changed permission in Google maps and it was fixed.
Hope this help others using Mobile GMaps or MGMaps
