When dialing phone numbers with passwords and IDs I used to insert P's for adding pauses for most phones I had (1something like 123456789ppp123#ppp456#) I want pauses to be inserted while instructions are being spoken by the administrator system so I don't have to enter the passwords manually. Does anyone know how to do this with the storm?
When you have the dialpad up, enter the number, then for the pause, press the blackberry key. On te menu should be inssert pause or insert wait. I finally figured it out myself.
On the 8830 I could enter a calendar entry with a <phone number> <space> x<extension> and then the phone would dial that when selected. The x pauses for 3 seconds. For example:
1-555-555-1212 x234
That doesn't seem to work on the storm. the cut and paste loses the "x"
