I apologize for not searching for the requisite 30 minutes going through the 108 posts mentioning Browser cache size to find an answer to my thought.

Does increasing the size of the browser cache speed up the browser? Will it make it faster to zoom in on a page? Would it make any difference at all?

    If i understood question:

Content cache/pushed content > clear > faster browsing.

Doesn't the cache hold previous pages in memory?
If there is more memory in the cache, wouldn't zooming in or out be faster?
I may or may not be thinking the right path.

Yep, I have read this and have done most everything there. However, my lap-top uses the browser cache to speed up reloads of pages it has stored in the cache. so I wonder if clearing the cache speeds up the zooming in and out of pages, or going back to a previous page.
