    HI..
    i imported a bberry 9530 storm from tokio to S-A... i cant seem to check my ballance.
    (i am cell c)..
    WHEN i check with *101* it dials then -->
    sais disconnected.
    ALLSO if i go to call pad Then on top of pad there is
    my number : 484 944 4017
    witch is not my number?
    is that maby the prob?
    how can i fix plz help

    Omw What a coincidence!The exact same thing is happening to me! Also in SA, on mtn. Any ideas on what to do?

    had the same prob bt i solved it like this:
    menu>manage connection>mobile ntw option>menu(option)>diagnostic test>menu>run...
    thats all, just go ahead and check ur balance. if it does not work at first remove ur battery and put back on it MUST work coz it works for me and my friends that had the same issue. best of luck
