Ok guys i woke up this morning at 7:45 went to a verizon store and they said they dont open till nine and they were already sold out cause they were taking names down...... so i walked away pissed off..mmmmm what to do, well i got in my car and went to another storm (which def. did not have only 10 like the other store) .. and guess what , waited in line for about 30 minutes... and i now have a storm, and you know what this baby is nice as ****. Its not 100 percent flawless, some small bugs. but its a new phone and it is great. Im very happy I purchased this product.. and for all the people hating on this phone hahaha is all i gotta say... also another flaw i found with this phone is that the screen slides back and fourth, its how they all are i asked to see another phone and it did the same thing but i guess its cause of the surepress
