Ordered on Nov 30th and asked a VZW rep to contact me on any changes of status. Got updates on weds and thursday this week of possible ship dates. Today I was told to check my e-mail and received my tracking number.
I ordered on the 30th and haven't heard anything yet about definite ship date other than it will be shipped by the 15th.. am hoping to get the e-mail with tracking info this coming week. Called customer support once and lady said it will most likely ship the 12th.. probably the same for everyone.

I believe they have a reserve set aside specifically for replacements. I know ATT has a specific amount they keep on hand at regional warehouses just for replacement orders on phones that have just been released.
I ordered my replacement on the 3rd and they told me it was on backorder and would ship by the 15th. I've called every day since and they keep telling me its still on backorder and no status update since.
