 If you need help with your Storm the answer lies here.
Get a new phone. I bought this phone right after it launched and owned it for over a year. I popped in this forum to be fascinated that people are still asking for help about one of the worst phones to ever be produced. It is a god awful handset in ever sense of the word. If you still have it from way back when then do yourself a favor and upgrade. If you bought it recently used then it would have been wise to have researched that purpose.
Please upgrade. I am trying to help you. Go inside your cellular network providers store and walk to the middle of the store. Close your eyes and spin in circles for 20 seconds. Now take off running with your eyes still closed. There is a 99.9 percent chance that the phone you run into will be better than your Storm 1. If you run into a checkout stand just buy the first phone that you see a brochure for. If you run into a patron or employee just buy the phone they have. (if they have a storm curse them for failing and in the case of an employee demand that they be fired for failing at their job. Because if they have that poor of judgement to be in the cellular industry and yet own a Storm 1 then they have no business helping others in said field)
Please, release your spirits and get a new phone.
