Ordered Storm on 11/21 before 2pm est.
Have called each day for status.
Now on the 26th the phone did not ship on the 25th as promised but the CS rep at Verizon has "no idea when it will ship". She hopes it will ship by the next batch on Dec. 5th. Not much you can do. Supervisor gave me a $25 credit towards my next bill, so speak to a supervisor for a credit if you have not received your phone.
