Default If u r Verizon & upgrading, anything but a Torch?

This week Vzn gets the Torch and we can finally do a hands-on evaluation. I'm ready & needing to uprade - leaving memory & speed problems behind. If you are in a similar wanting mode, and not going to the Torch - what else and Why?

I'm going with the torch 9860. Although the Bold 9900 was appealing for its nice design, I can't see myself with a physical keyboard berry. That's not why I went with BB in the first place. I like the blackberry services like push email, led notifications and BBM. Couldn't care less about a physical keyboard. 9860 for me.

But I'm not in Verizon, I'm on Telus in Canada and I'm stuck in a 3-year contract, so I'm waiting a bit longer to upgrade. I'm hoping some news on the QNX phone comes out before then so I can make a more informed long-term decision.

I am with VZW and went with an HTC Thunderbolt, Android device.
No memory leaks and you can save apps to the SD card which gives you a lot of space.
I wanted a full touch screen device, and a good browser.
I have no lag on my Thunderbolt and no battery pulls required. Everything is fast on the device.

The Motorola Droid Bionic looks like a nice device also.
