No. Do a battery pull and then try it.

You should be on the main Home screen and then hit the BB button. If that option doesn't show, there MAY be an issue. Is this a company device or something or maybe one that you've had unlocked? Any details about it would be good. BTW, I'm just throwing out ideas and asking for reference.

You see the options but it won't let you select it?

I have been having the same problem since I got the phone. Somtimes I can simply hit BB button and options and the home screen layout comes up. Then at other times (like right now) hitting the options button does nothing. Go figure.

Mine does the same thing. I can do a batter pull and the mainscreen's option button will work once, and then I can no longer access the options again. I'm hoping this issue will be fixed with future upgrades. I am running .75. Anybody else have the same problem running on a different version?
