Let me start off with saying hello to everybody. I am a Treo convert and the proud owner of my first BlackBerry! I am still learning the ins and outs of the BlackBerry OS but I am very pleased so far.
One thing that I really liked about my Treo 700 was that the homescreen had a row dedicated to speed dialing contacts. You could upload their image and dial them directly just by pressing the icon. Does the Storm already do such a thing? Perhaps somebody can point me to an application that does it?
so far i've found this -
hit the green send key - opens your dial pad (which can be set to different screens through options ). click and hold any of the numbers and a screen will ask you if you want to add a speed dial to that entry.
