    I have an excel (.xls) file as an attatchment on an email of mine. The attatchment just shows a questions mark and says the device can't read it, anybody else having this problem or know any solutions?

    I have docs to go and i have the 30 day trial activated so its like the premium version.

    you could install repligo , if docs to go wont work. Handango is the site to go to, which u purchase on a 3 month deal or year. Is what i use

    Go into the apps folder, click on sheets to go, click on activate or click menu then activate. Did you hard reset after installing docs to go? Sounds like a file association problem.

    i imagine your xls spreadsheet is from excel 2007? or maybe this

    DocID: 14186 - I am unable to open email attachments in Documents To Go on my BlackBerry.

    PS do not buy premium to create docs or xls or ppt files just load some blank ones on the card.....then edit those.

    I did activate it, i have the trial where it should have all the features for 30 days, so do i have to install another app?
