I have an excel (.xls) file as an attatchment on an email of mine. The attatchment just shows a questions mark and says the device can't read it, anybody else having this problem or know any solutions?
I have docs to go and i have the 30 day trial activated so its like the premium version.
Go into the apps folder, click on sheets to go, click on activate or click menu then activate. Did you hard reset after installing docs to go? Sounds like a file association problem.
