Ok so a couple days ago I got my replacement storm in the mail. All is working good so far so I'm guessing I have to return my old storm. How do i do this? Am i supposed to delete everything off my old storm? If so how can I do this? I have nothing on there as of now that I want to save, so everything can go. Is there anything else I need to know? All help is greatly appreciated.
You'll have contacts and stuff you don't really want out of your control.
First, wipe your blackberry: Options > Security Options > General Settings > BB Key > Wipe Handheld
Then remove everything from the old Storm. Basically you keep the SD card and battery. All you send back is the Storm itself. VZ should have given you a return label, stick that on the box your replacement came in and give to fedex. Put a copy of the receipt in the box also.
