    me too...my blackberry just nuked and i bring back to life with the same OS + same theme...suddenly got lotsa double icons such as : bluetooth, browser, and 2 other things...i know we can hide it, but still bummer

    Same here, but it looks like everything is back to normal after a battery pull.
