    Hey everyone! I just got a Storm 9500 yesterday and love it! I updated my OS today to .167 and everything is working done except 1 thing. I have a password on my phone and when my phone locks, and I receive a message sometimes my alert won't go off. It happened also on my original OS and thought it would be fixed when I'm updated, but I was wrong =P Anybody have any ideas to what might be causing this? Thanks in advance!

    check your settings by hitting the sounds icon and going to one of the three options all the way at the bottom of the menu.

    If that doesn't work, try a simple battery pull

    I have done battery pulls but none of have helped...and I've messed with the Loud profile
