I can only access documents and music...What is going on here?

Btw I do have Mass Storage on and still no luck :/

Maybe there are no pics or videos on your device ;-)

Did you try a battery pull. You can also try to remove your media card.

If you are connecting your phone to your computer you will not be able to view on your phone instead you can view your files on your computer. Once you disconnect then your files will be viewable on your storm.

no the computer definitely recognizes the blackberry. Again I can access the BB and play the music files and a couple documents, but that's it? What the **** is going on here?

the other responder was correct, one of the things that happens when you plug in the wire is that it blocks the bb from showing pictures and clips. I don't know why. I can go to the proper folder (there are 2 sets on my explorer) and in one of them, both pictures and clips are visible on my computer. but not on the phone. In the past, I have tried to change my background (forgetting I was hooked up and it said something to the effect that you can not view this file while the sync cable is connected) hope this helps.
