my phone is varizon storm 9530. I purchased it through net.
sunday10th'2011-i was busy with regular back up of my storm 9530 connected with pc. suddenly power cut occurs, after few times pc shut down. back up was not completed.
pc is off but the screen of my storm shows the data exchange icon. i thought battery pull will work to back my home screen. but after battery pull, my screen remain black & red led only flashes.
after few hours, red led flashes also off.
i tried nuked blackberry restore procedure which i found here. that also not works for me.
now with battery also red led not flashes!!
what will i do now ??? varizon does not have any service center here!!
is it a software related issue or hard??
help me out!!!
