hi all...
i have just purchased a 2nd hand storm 9500.... and when i turn it on its asks for a password that i don,t know... is there some sort of generic password.... if not is there a way to reset the password without accessing the menu ?? it is rather important as i need it for work... any help and suggestions are welcome... cheers

I'd go back to the person you bought it from and ask them what the password is. There is no generic password
