    How to trouble shoot a slow operating storm?

    my storm has been great but just starting getting very slow lately and im not sure what to do.
    If i click on anything the reaction time is very slow and no i dont have any programs open and running.
    please help !!!!!!!!!

    delete some apps you dont use.. options>advanced>apps>bb>delete

    What os are you running? Try a beta. And download logmaid to keep your event log clear

    i have log maid but i will try to delete some apps. i didnt think i had that many- ill try that.

    A leaked os. Right now its at .109. Also when you are done using a program make sure you fully close it out. Not press the red end key. Don't be surprised if you have to do a battery pull every other day or sooner. I use quick pull and have it run every morning at 5 am.

    Also make sure you clean out the cache in you internet browser and use your memory cleaner.

    also you can start in safe mode to see if performance lag is due to apps, if safe mode runs fast then your problem is too many apps
