    Is there a way to do this? I went into the options (spell check) and shut it off but it still does it. In suretype I want to be able to press once for the first letter and twice for the second letter. I was able to do this on my pearl.

    Press the blackberry button then hit enable multitap

    in multitap you would have 3 letters per key, I want only 2 letters per key like in suretype mode.

    yea when i enable multitap my keyboard looks like a phone. (1.,!?)(2ABC)(3DEF) etc
