Had to do a battery pull or quick pull since using the Storm? Thought this would be neat. So after having the phone for about 127 days. I figured i average about 2 pulls per day. I come with a grand total of around 254 pulls since i purchased the storm. How about you?
Quite a few at first, I would do a quick pull every morning before work and if I ever wanted to show off the Storm, I would make sure to do a battery pull just to make sure it didn't glitch. Since around .109, I hardly do them at all. I have gone almost two weeks without doing a quick pull running .113 so it is getting better.
When I first got it once every couple of days. Since upgrading to .109 then .113 only when I do the upgrades or deleting apps. Memory seems to be holding quite well.
I don't have enough fingers or toes to keep track of that....Also you have to keep in mind that every time you delete, update, or download an application you have to do a battery pull...Still not enough digits to keep track of all that.
The only time that I ever do pull the battery out is if I am changing out or removing my SIM card, putting ghost armor on and... I think that is it. Other than that the only other time that my phone gets restarted is during a program removal that requires it, or an OS install.
I have had the phone for about 3 weeks I would say, and I pulled it once a day (mainly because of playing with it). Since I've upgraded OS to .114 hybrid, I do one every other day if that, or deleting stuff. I have Quickpull now and it does it at 3am just so I dont have to worry about it.
i pull the batt about 1 every 3 to 4 days with .113 and it still dosnt glitch or lag i just do it to do it so i dont have to when it does freeze or lag
I've had my Storm for a month now and only done 2 battery pulls, and the first was purely out of curiosity to see what effect it would have on app memory after reading the forums here. The second was because it locked up.
Hey I have an idea....they should have an App for that in Appworld....and people with the sh*ttiest of sh*tty Storms could upload their battery pull High score...I know that I would probably be in the top ten...Ihate this piece of crap phone!!!!
Usually once a week, sometime will go 2 weeks. Helps keeps everything running smoothly. You reboot your PC periodically for the same reason. Not that big of a deal.
