Wasn't worth starting a whole thread about it, but I thought pretty funny that I'm sitting her on the forum and I'm listening to the Today Show and a segment comes on about how to reset electronic devices. At the end of the segment Matt Lauer says how sometimes his Blackberry will freeze up and he has to do a battery pull to reset it ! lmao... Makes me wonder just how many celebrities are members here. Seems like they all have a BB these days.

I was watching that, too! I am a Crackberry addict and a Today Show junkie.

Longest I've gone is two weeks but even then a battery pull wasn't necessary, it just made me feel better. OS.75

Have had mine since Mid December and have upgraded software once to .75 and in that time have had to pull battery only twice.

With leaked OS, i use the media player often in my car. So, i probably do two battery pulls on the way to work, few more at work.. couple on the way home. lol. I'm sure you get the point.

Technically...I've only HAD to do a battery-pull under 5 times. The rest are just to free up memory.

I have had the phone for over 4 weeks. I did a battery pull using Quickpull one time. I am running .75. Whe I had the Pearl I had to do it about onece a week.

I do a pull on mine just about every 24 hrs just becuase, not because of performance, just to keep it from having issues..

Last battery pull was on Sunday after installing .99 and it drained my battery.

I pulled the battery because I figured I left something open (ended up being Weatherbug trying to locate satellites and not being able to find any).

Been working flawlessly since then. I did do multiple soft resets when I dl'ed .99 just to see if I'd get a VSOD, but it never happened (I also leave the phone flat on the surface and I never get any errors, not even a media card inserted message).

But yeah, .75 is a stable OS but not as stable as .99

I normally just read stuff. Hadn't had any real questions that I couldn't find on my own. Thanks for letting me know about my phone. I changed it when I was searching for cases, but that didn't change my profile.

The last pull/reset I did was 20 days ago. I have moments of sluggishness then it clears up.

I love my Blackberry but some days I'm doing a battery pull ever 6 hours. Updated to .100 on Storm 9500 and I'm pleased to report its very stable indeed. I haven't pulled the battery for 10 hours and it seems to be running well. I'm going to see how long I can go without pulling the battery and I'll report back here soon.

I picked my Storm up on New Years Eve and I've only done 1 battery pull and it turned out that I didn't even need to. I just was running 2 Weatherbug Apps (Weatherbug and Weatherbug Pro) and it had screwed with my LED. I just really needed to uninstall both and reinstall Weatherbug and I was fine.

I am on 4.7.0.75 OS and I am running routinely between 35-40MB. I am running at 39.2 right now. No problems here.

Really no complaints. I have 2 batt's, and simply swap them after charging them to keep the phone and memory fresh (every couple of days or so...) but I can say I can only think of 1 time since the new year that it's frozen and I've had to pull it.
