How to get rid from this sound

Hi I am using a BB Storm 9530 in a Prepaid connection.
When I made a call or send SMS after that it will dispalys a bill on my screen, but with a sound (like Click). This sound was playing even if I am in Silent or Vibrate mode also.

I don't want this sound while displaying the bill message.

How to solve this???

Look in your Profiles, Active Profiles, and see if that sound is connected with your Browser. If it's a service that sends updates via your browser, that may be where the notification is sounding from.

He is talking about your sound profiles, the screen where you switch from normal to vibrate etc....you can edit those there...
