    Thanks to wentouch for this:

    go to call log > options > general options

    I changed the call volume to "previous" and the headset and handset volumes to "normal or boost". This worked for me.

    There are also some other audio settings in this options area that might be helpful. Not sure why they are located there and not linked to the media player options.

    I hope this works. Someone mentioned about the enhanced audio options, but that didn't seem to do anything for me. Thanks.
