Backgroound: 9500 on os 5.0.0.328

So dont know what happened, suddenly phone restarted....

then ever since, the phone takes about 20 mins to boot up (instead of 3) and when it does, it hangs and i cant see the main menu (vodafone logo remains).. pressing any button doesnt help...

i can however connect the phone to DM and have managed to do a backup..
ALSO it beeps when i receive emails, as the red light indicator is also flashing for this!

Question, how do i format the phone using only DM? i cannot find anything!

thank you buddy.. so strange i left the battery out all night and then put it back in today and now the phone is working??!?!? :S
