How do you get rid of the verizon red home screen and repalce it with the lightning one?

themes.. wait until some are created or if you know how to make them i think you can make them yourself

You don't need a theme for that. Just download the picture and use it as wallpaper.

Or download/take a picture and set it as your homescreen image.

Yep, either download a photo to your phone. Open the photo, hit the blackberry button, "set as home screen image"

Thanks for the replies....however, the dumb red Verizon home screen is what I am trying to get rid of.

Options>Themes shows a lighting Zen theme active but I can't get it to show.

Any help?

easy, i did it. just go to the wallpapers on this site and download the lighting one to ur phone and set it as homescreen

If you are on the home screen click menu>options and there is a section there to change the wallpaper. You will have to download the lightning one because its not on the device.

I have tried to change the wallpaper. I go to a picture and the menu to set as wallpaper but it doesn't change it. I am using a verizon phone on gsm only. Have downloaded some nice wallpapers but can't use them. So I guess I still need help.
