I am a Verizon customer for over 2 years. I recently bought my new storm in December 08. How do I Unlock my phone?

Who do i call at Verrizon? what do i tell them? etc?

Or what do i download / change in my phone?

all verizon phones are sold locked. you can contact them and tell them you are traveling overseas and need to use a local SIM card, or you can try the link in my SIG.

When I bought mine she asked me will I ever go out of the states, I said yes.. to mexico... she said ok.. that was it...

Dont bother. Just call verizon, tell them you are going overseas and that you would like to unlock the SIM card to use the phone there. They have to do it, and since you've been a verizon customer for at least 60 days, they will do it.
