i had my e-mail set up, and then i went on my e-mail account on the computer and changed the password, not thinking that it would affect the phone. i set it back to the old password, and it's no longer working. can anyone help?

Go to email options, login, select the email account you need to "fix", enter the correct password. Save, exit and test. Alternatively you can login to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw and make the change there.

yep, this is the easiest way to fix it.

You can also use the "email setup app" if you dont have access to a computer right off hand

did you make a vzw.blackberry.net email? whatever that is is your username, if not click require assistance to get the email/website/phone number
