    I am having trouble with my bb storm 9530.
    I tried uploading the tmo service books and its not going through. In the desktop manager the right side is all greyed out and when i click file open on the left side the service book is greyed out also so i cant put it on the phone.
    I tried Method 2 also. no luck.
    I want to completely flash the firmware on my storm.. how do i do that?
    Please help me.

    crackmem or crackutil can wipe the device.

    what ever you do be carefull .. you don want a touch screen paper weight .

    OR.. call customer service, complain ( alot), then they send you a new phone, thats if you have insurance..
