Is it possible? I have 3 email accounts setup to my Storm but only 2 of them I need to have show in my message folder. The other one I would rather just check on occasion and have that email folder completely separate. Possible?

Nope. You either have the separate email folders for all 3 or you have the combined message folder for all 3. You can't make exceptions

When you add an email it creates its own email folder, and when you receive an email it gets pushed to your "messages" folder and your actual email folder. You can hide the "messages" folder and then the email will only show up in the actual email folder.

I subscribe to a work-related message list that gets 100+ messages a day. To keep it from clogging my messages box, I changed my subscription to a gmail account, then downloaded the gmail app for my Storm.

You could use this workaround and configure the gmail app to collect the messages from the other POP account.
