How do I format phone without using phone?

I upgraded to .151 but the theme I am using won't let me get to the options button. I cannot go to any other buttons except the two rows I have on my home. Is there a way to format my phone by using device manager or anything like that?

please do some research before loading the OS on your phone. The theme issue is VERY common and discussed in many threads.

reboot into safe mode but holding the "escape/back" button during reboot. Them change to default theme and delete the non working theme.
