Sorry, I thought you meant divert to voice mail. Now that you ask that I don't see it on my 9550 either.

If you're not with Verizon, you won't be able to Call Forward with your 9530, even if you're in GSM mode. CDMA BBs don't Call Forward via a handset option like GSM BBs do. CDMA BBs Call Forward is done by the carrier through "*" option dials.

He means the Storm can't forward calls by itself. It has to be done through your cell phone service provider, either by contacting the provider and having them forward calls or by using a service code to enable/disable call forwarding such as dialing * and some numbers. Contact your cell phone service provide to see what options are supported.
