Is there a good way to contact RIM without having to pay for it? I would like to talk to them about my Storm, but other than contacting Verizon, making a thread in a forum, or paying for support, I haven't found a free tech support number at RIM's website. Do they give free assistance? Or is there a customer service email that I can send a message to. Sorry if the answer is obvious, but I have been looking on their website and haven't found anything.

I mostly want to tell them to add more app memory and I have a problem with viewing some websites when my browser ID is IE or Firefox. The webpage only shows the left half of the page and I can't scroll over to the right. But if my browser ID is Blackberry, then the website is a crappy text version. Example, weatherbug.com.

If you are looking for employment with them, you can also email them at this secret address a VZW tier 9 agent gave me:

    [email protected]

lmfao! Trust me, they won't even listen to you if you ever got the chance to tell them. I would imagine some of their emplyees watch this forum to see what our responses are to various bugs.

If you really wanted to talk to someone in BB support for real issues, not complaints, there is a dept Verizon has for that. But sometimes the VZW reps want to deny that they have the dept and won't let you talk to them. I had to call BB direct one time since VZW reps were clueless about the Storm, and she told me there is a contracted dept for BB tech support. If they say you have to pay for it, that's BS, it's free to all VZW customers.
