i know a few of you have deleted all the unneeded languages for the storm. so i wanna know how i can go about about doing that also. i'm tired of texting and for some reason any time i press the letter 'N' or 'O', i get all the spanish letters to choose from. i hope deleting all the languages but english will solve this problem.

Setup wizard, should be in your setup folder. BTW, you won't solve your problem, coz that's a feature. You just need to make sure you don't rest your fingers on a key too long.

setup wizard is ok, or with internet explorer, go here RIM Online Updater. Make sure your BB is attached to your PC, AND Desktop Manager is OFF !
After the reload, add remove apps is an option, reloads the OS to speed thing up, gets rid of a bunch of unwanted stuff, and if you decide to sayyyy, delete the app center, but want it back later, here's where you can go...
