ok so i have seen a few posts about movies and have some myself...following is what i think is the EASIEST way to do this and doesnt take long,i use this process myself so here ya go!!
next you will need to use these settings for the conversion:
first drop down box select mp4
Size: 480x360
Aspect: 4:3
Frame/Sec: varies depending on source video
14.985 - 29.97
Video bitrate: Up to you
(3Gx)144kbps or higher bitrate for good tv-DVD quality
Check:
* high quality
* stretch it
* 3gpv4/v5
Uncheck:
* use direct show
* top quality
Sampling Freq:
* 22050
* 2channels
Audio Bitrate kbps: 128
DVD language: Default
next you will need the video file which is completely up to you on where to get it
drag and drop the file and click encode, this works for batch encoding too
connect your bb to your usb and go into desktop manager on your comp and go to media, select the new vid file and transfer...and tada! you have a full length movie on your phone
whoah.....i just saw another post about the same topic. looks like your path is different from his. could we possibly group the movie conversion threads and make it a sticky so we can see which one works the best?
sorry i meant 480x320 for the size its the biggest res you can do...i have actually used a lower res than that and it turned out great you can just play with it
