Hey give the Tele sales reps a break I just got off the phone with one; and she was really nice. VZW honestly didn't expect this kinda turn out for this
phone. If anyone is to blame; blame upper Mgt of RIM and VZW.
The reps are just doing their best trying to make a dollar outa 15 cents.
So cut them some slack. Those of us who ordered today and paid for over night will get it no later than Tue or Wed. Hey lets face it with this VZW just entered the big leagues.
So when the Storm 2 comes out with the 4" scrren they will get it right the next time.
Yeah I know I may get flamed but lighten up.

For what it's worth, it's just the dishonesty that I have a problem with. Why tell me I'm gonna have it on Saturday if I pay for Saturday Delivery, and then not ship it? I know what you mean by upper mgmt having the most blame, but the least they can do is give me a call and let me know whats going on. If I never knew about Crackberry, I'd probably be sitting at home all day staring out the window for the FedEx truck.
