I am trying to use this program so I can have access to a cashflow analysis program that I use very often. Every time I try to open the document it says Permission to your files was denied. Please configure your application permissions appropriately. I went to applications permissions and set everything to allow, but that is all the knowledge that I have to try and remedy this problem. I also tried the 30 day trial version that is suppose to allow me to use this. If I try to create a document I get a file system error. I also tried to email to my blackberry acct then open, it says service book information not found. What does that mean?
