    Verizon said it's a "cosmetic" issue. No replacement offered. I have lots of tools... is this easily fixable?

    Your phone can and will be warranty replaced. I suggest talking to a Cs rep over the phone. Dust under the screen was a very common problem with the first storms and have since been fixed.
