Default Help! Sync error 0x8004fd28

In syncing the Outlook (2003) calendar with the BB Desktop Manager (ver 4.7.0.25) I've encountered the following:

error encountered error code 0x8004fd28
check documentation

I've been syncing successfully for about a month now. I've received this before but it was usually when a entry was opened in Outlook and as soon as I closed it the error went away. I've tried restarting both the Storm and my computer and made sure no entries were opened.

Anybody had this? Had any success in dealing with it?

Thanks

Thanks for the help. I also just did a one-way sync from Outlook (after checking to make sure it contained my latest data) and then changed it back to a 2 way. That seemed to work so far.

If it happens again (& it will) I'll try the battery pull.

Default Error code 0x004fd28

I have a curve 8310 and a Dell Latitude:

I received this code once sync got to the Calendar portion for Outlook.

I went into synchronization and chose Reset Config and chose MS Outlook for each item, ie. tasks, memos, etc.

This worked. Took about 4 minutes..easy breezyyyy!

Default synch error code

Great! After I did a battery pull (didn't work); then a one-way synch (didn't work); then tried the re-set - that worked. (Don't know if I lost anything..)
