Had my Storm 9500 for about 6 months, problem free.

Alarm went off on phone as usual this morn and was on for a while. Next time I picked it up it had the white screen and small black box with the timer inside (the boot screen). It has done this before (randomly rebooting) so I left it. An hour later it was still trying. I have done about 10 battery pulls at various stages of 'boot' andi hasnt made a difference. Have also charged phone.

Is there anything else I can try?

It is just stuck on the white screen with the small black box timer.

Try the load it back with the DM loader program or bbsak or the link the other posted above

Sure sounds like a nuked OS! Follow the instructions in that 101 that AZ posted. ALSO here a slightly more complicated, but more robust way to fix it, IF that does not work.....
