my virtual keyboard application was killed i dont know wut happened! its gone. any way to get it back or reset settings?

What apps are you running? What OS version? What were you doing when it happened? Some background info will help the forum figure out the problem.

i wuz makin some calls. the dial pad is gone the txt keyboards r all gone, not a single one. Umm im new to BBs so i dont now where to find diagnostics like my version. i got the update from verizon tho, thats 8.5 rite?

i tried it about 3 times... but hey it just came back dont ask me how or why!

slow down take a breath...if you go to send a text message the keyboard does not show up right?...try pushing the BB button (the one one the bottom right next to the green call button) there should be a menu that pops up with a selection that says "show keyboard" see if that works, if not you might just need to wipe your device and reinstall your OS. see if that works if not search the forums for "device wipe"

sounds like a straight software issue, you came to the right place
