    please help me. My storm isnt charging with usb cable and the old owners number is still on my phone when I try to use it. What can I do to fix it?

    Take it to your service provider and have them refresh it for you. That's what I'd do.

    I am assuming that the number being displayed is from the original CDMA VZW user since you are on T-Mobiles GSM network correct?

    If this is so, you can manually change the number being displayed in the CDMA settings.

    Simple solution type in "##000000" on your phone that will display the menu to change the number. If your usb charger isn't most likely the wires or the cradle. Good Luck hope you fix your problem.

    That ##000000 thing is neat. What other things can you do in that menu? I mean that are useful to the average user.
