How do I clear them? I already did mark prior read, did delete prior, pulled battery, still showing 2 damn messages! Switched themes, still nothing. Help!

Have you checked mised calls and saved messages?

you probably have a miessage icon that logs all missed calls, emails and messages.

Also unhide filed messages and then take another look. This had happen to me twice and both time they where in filed messages.... but I didnt file them..

Usually the Messages folder puts your missed calls and other type of messages there. Im sure you will find them in there. Just click and delete
