Hey guys, I'm wondering if I take off the top and bottom plastic parts [where the mute and lock key and microphone hole are] of my Storm and replace it with new ones [from cnn.cn], will it go on properly, because on my 8830 when I took off the letter keys, they wouldn't go back in. So I'm wondering will my Storm be alright or will it be screwed if I do it? Thanks.

They "SHOULD" but that doesn't necessarily mean they will. These things are mass manufactured (just like the Storm) and its easy to be of by just a little and that would suck!

Should, but you should just get a replacement from Verizon

Yeah and you take the chance of violating your warranty.

Yeah, but the tops and bottoms are scratched, and I hate a dirty phone; like I clean my phone almost every 3 hours, [give or take on a few minutes] and hate scratches. Once I know that they're there, it bothers the heck out of me.
