Hi everyone bought the phone the first day it came out. Did software update and I had no problems till today. While on the phone talking the phone died, just shut off. I took the battery off and it rebooted. Now I have a white solid line down the center of the screen. So i called verizon they said they should ship me a new phone.
Now my question if choose the backup feature from the desktop manager will save all my contacts and emails? also what about the software that i paid for the phone like garmin?

When you get the new storm use the switch device wizard in DM, but the extra backups are a nice safety net, especially
With paid apps.
Also you need to go to the vzw BIS site to register the new pin to your account..
