Since last night, I have noticed that the buttons on the bottom of my storm aren't working. I did a few battery pulls and I got the Call (green phone) and BB Menu buttons working. However, the Back and End/Power Keys are not working. Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated...please help. Thank You.
I had the same issue and I ended up buying a new button array off ebay for twelve dollars unfortunately you have to take the phone apart to install it. there are small contact points inside the phone that make a connection with the spring loaded contacts on center plate. if you are not comfortable taking phone apart and or it is still under warranty take to store for repairs http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=230440563705
