I was installing the new storm os last night. Everything worked fine, except for the restoring of all of my msgs and such.

Turns out when I started the restore process, I forgot about my wifes curve be connected.

Now she has all of my contacts and messages.

Is there anyway of retrieving the previous information?

Would the old information still be stored on her phone?

    Please help any ideas?

when was the last time you backed up her curve? Just revert back to a different backup file on your PC

I have like 12 backup files. Damn storm os updates.

There is no way of telling, which one could be hers.

I know it's a day late and a dollar short but, I've got a folder on my desktop called "BlackBerry Backups". In that folder are two folders for each OS update I've done; the files I removed from the Java folder (in case I take out one too many; which I did once), and my 3rd party apps backup. Each folder is labeled with the OS build.

Gotta be organized or the stuff gets lost!

in the folder on your computer desktop you should be able to right click on the file and go in properties where you should see the files creation date.

and then you will know when the back-up is from.

from now on, add the date to the files title
