Okay, I think I'm going to have to send this Storm back to Verizon (my second one).

I have the media cards snuggly into the back of the phone.
The media card was tested on my other Storm (the one I'm about to send back) and worked just fine.
Media Card Support: ON
Encryption Mode: None
Media Transfer Protocol: ON
Mass Storage Mode Support: ON
Auto Enable Mass Storage.. ..: YES

A media card is not presently inserted in the device.


I have tried battery pulls, upgraded software, etc. Only once or twice I have gotten the media card to show up for a few seconds/minutes.

Is this another Storm worth sending back to Verizon? Everything else works just fine. Besides battery pulls, media card pulls, what else can I do?
