I know, I am not suppose to post these questions because they have already been answered but I have searched and Crackberry isnt bringing up anything so I would appreciate some help..
I wanted the 5.0 software for my Storm because it has been running slow. Someone helped me earlier with the software download and installation. I downloaded software 5.0 off of the Verizon Website, the desktop manager comes up as version 5.0 but when I click upgrade phone, it only brings up the option 4.7. I have followed all the instructions, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do now?
5.0 DEVICE software isn't official yet, so Verizon will not have it. You have to download it somewhere else. Desktop Manager however is 5.0 so you're good there.
